+ A valid Texas ID
+ Social Security Number
+ 18 years of age or older
+ Dependent on opiate drugs for at least 1 year (heroin, etc.)
+ Admission fee

Monday thru Thursday - Please call to make an appointment
FEES
$65 per week or $11/day for dosing
